Terms of Use

Last updated: April 15, 2026

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern access to and use of the Marine Health Statistics Portal at stat.marinehealth.asia (the "Service"), including when it is embedded as a Microsoft Teams tab. By signing in, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

The Service is provided exclusively to authorized Marine Health partners and staff members. You must sign in with valid credentials issued by Marine Health or with a recognized single sign-on identity (Marine Health SSO or Microsoft Teams SSO). Accounts are personal and non-transferable.

2. Acceptable Use

  • Use the Service only for legitimate business purposes related to Marine Health.
  • Do not share your credentials, session tokens, or view links with third parties.
  • Do not disclose, redistribute, publish, or export screenshots or reports containing other partners' data without written authorization from Marine Health.
  • Do not attempt to bypass authentication, rate limits, or access controls.
  • Do not reverse-engineer, scrape, or overload the Service, or use automated tooling against it without prior written approval.
  • Do not upload or transmit malware, unlawful content, or content that infringes third-party rights.

3. Data and Accuracy

Information displayed in the Service is provided for informational and operational purposes. While we aim for timely and accurate figures, some metrics are computed from replicated data stores and may be delayed or subject to reconciliation. Official settlements and payments are governed by the underlying Marine Health systems and contracts, not by the Service.

4. Confidentiality

The Service contains confidential business information, including partner structures, turnover, and personal data of other partners. You agree to treat all such information as confidential and to use it solely for the purpose for which access was granted.

5. AI Assistance

The Service includes an AI assistant. Responses are generated automatically and may contain errors, omissions, or out-of-date information. You must verify important answers against primary sources before relying on them. Content marked with the AI disclaimer should not be treated as legal, financial, or medical advice.

6. Microsoft Teams Integration

When you access the Service through Microsoft Teams, the identity provided by your Microsoft 365 tenant (Azure Active Directory) is used to sign you in automatically. Your use of the Service through Teams remains subject to these Terms and to your organization's own policies.

7. Availability

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance or unforeseen incidents may cause temporary unavailability.

8. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, designs, and software comprising the Service are the property of Marine Health or its licensors. No rights are granted except the limited right to use the Service as described in these Terms.

9. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or revoke your access at any time if you violate these Terms, if your partnership or employment ends, or if we need to protect the security of the Service.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Marine Health is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, nor for decisions made based on data displayed in the Service.

11. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Contact
